Mrs. Soma Munindradasa
The first Principal was Mrs. Soma Munindradasa and Mrs. Rohini Alas was its Deputy. The first tutorial staff consisted of 4 teachers and there were 351 students.
Mrs. Munindradasa held the post as the Principal for six years.
Mr. M. Abeysinghe
Mr. M. Abeysinghe was the third Principal of the school and held the post for over a decade. During this time the school achieved great success and was named as a National School.
After a dedicated & a successful period of leadership, Mr. Abeysinghe brought up the school to be one of the best schools in Sri Lanka. He retired with great sorrow for this school had been a part of him for a long period of time & no student will forget his leadership.
